I think this is spot on. I’d add one necessary skill for builders in this age: distribution/GTM/marketing.
When the barrier to building a product drops to near-zero, it’s the person who can effectively get it out into the hands of the right folks who will have a better chance at winning (assuming they have the pieces in place you listed!).
